Shipping Destination

We currently ship only within the United Kingdom (England, Scotland, Wales, and Northern Ireland).

Shipping Carrier

All orders are shipped via Royal Mail.

Processing Time

Orders are processed and dispatched within 3–5 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).

If there is any delay, we will contact you by email using the details provided at checkout.

Delivery Times

Royal Mail delivery times are estimated as follows:

  • Standard Delivery: 2–5 business days

  • Tracked Delivery (if selected): 1–3 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. We cannot be held responsible for delays caused by Royal Mail, severe weather, or other events outside our control.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight and destination. All prices shown at checkout include VAT where applicable.

Order Tracking

If you choose a tracked service, you will receive a tracking number by email once your order has been dispatched.

Lost or Damaged Parcels

If your parcel is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us immediately at info@rhyndastonalpacas.co.uk.

We will work with Royal Mail to investigate the issue and resolve it as quickly as possible.

Delivery Address

Please ensure your delivery address is correct at the time of purchase. We cannot be held responsible for parcels delivered to an incorrect address due to customer error.

If you need to change your address, contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to help, but we cannot guarantee changes once the order has been dispatched.
